Spend time with the existing team to learn the culture and develop a strategic vision for the ministry. Then, branch out to launch a new work in a nearby city. Get to know the needs of the people so that you can bring value and serve with intention.
While the work is slow and difficult, you will get the joy of breaking ground for the gospel and watching people experience Jesus for the first time.
