What an incredible story! What an incredible man! What an incredible God! Sam’s story in “A Restored Synagogue Echoes With Hope” is undeniable evidence that God is at work in the world today.

I have had the privilege of traveling with Sam and hearing his amazing story on more than 20 occasions. His journey to faith in Christ some 30 years ago as a student at the renowned Juilliard School is inspiring to say the least. The personal repercussions of his spiritual transformation and subsequent rejection by his deeply religious Jewish family are sobering. And his music, even to a classical music non-enthusiast like me, is mesmerizing.

Of the many people who have served as a part of the Crossworld family, Sam has seen some of the most amazing open doors for the gospel ― and they’ve come in large part as a result of leveraging his God-given passion and skill for music. God made Sam a classical pianist. And when he came to faith in Jesus, God began using Sam’s unique “wiring” and giftedness for His glory.

There is nothing so powerful as when the people of God understand God’s design for their lives, and commit themselves to be the best musicians, artists, teachers, preachers, entrepreneurs or plumbers as a means “glorifying Him” as we say in biblical terminology.
